EPA Hazardous Waste
Diesel Particulate Matter in some States is classified as a "Hazardous Waste Material" and those states have set strict regulations for handling, cleaning, regeneration, and disposal of the diesel particulate filters, and diesel particulate matter ash residue.
Although some states do not consider diesel particulate matter hazardous, DPF Regeneration.com has decided to treat all diesel particulate matter residue as hazardous. We have contracted with a Certified, Fully Licensed Toxic and Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal Facility to handle, test, and properly dispose of all our diesel particulate matter residue. The company will perform an analysis to determine composition in residue received from our company, and generate a Material Profile Sheet(MPS). Once this MPS is generated the treatment and the final disposal or recycling method will be determined. A certificate of disposal will then be forwarded to us showing proper disposal of all diesel particulate matter residue.
